Contact Michelle Henry (953-7699) to arrange the following inspection appointments
(a 48-hour notice is required for inspection appointments):
a. Corrosion protection on the premium (91) fill riser
b. Verify the overfill prevention system is in compliance with CCR 2635
(b)(2). Note: Your company may choose to have EHD onsite during the overfill
prevention system installation so that portions of the system do not have to be
disassembled/reassembled.
c. Verify that the spill buckets hold a minimum of 5 gallons and pass a
60 minute lake test or equivalent after concrete is poured. Proper drainage or
removal must also be verified.
3. Qualified service technicians must possess or work under the direct and personal
supervision of an individual physically present at the work site who possesses all of
the following:
a. One of several permissible valid, current contractor's licenses issued by the
Contractors State License Board (may be issued to the installation company), and
b. All valid, current California UST certificates issued by the International Code
Council (ICC), that are applicable to the work being performed, and
