Contact the local fire department and San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District for <br />any applicable permits. <br />2. Any changes shall be submitted to this office for approval prior to commencing work. All <br />new addenda supercede the previous ones. <br />3. At least one person who holds a current International Code Council (ICC) UST Service <br />Technician certification and manufacturers' certificate of training for all components <br />installed or tested must be onsite when work is performed. <br />4. Each person installing or testing any component must hold a certificate of training from the <br />manufacturer of that component. <br />5. EHD must witness the functionality of the monitoring system to ensure that monitoring has <br />been restored to meet the requirements of California Code of Regulations Title 23 and the <br />Health & Safety Code. Contact EHD to schedule an inspection at least 48 hours in advance. <br />6.
