0 41 <br /> INVENTORY RECONCILIATION <br /> INVENTORY MEASUREMENT METHOD: X ELECTRONIC <br /> INVENTORY EQUIPMENT: Veeder-Root TLS-350 MAG 1 Probe Series 8473 <br /> The Chevron Operator at the facility will complete daily product inventory reconciliation. <br /> 1) Approved meters for tank inputs and withdrawals in accordance with CCR Title 4, Chapter 9, <br /> Subchapter 1 Tolerance and Specifications for Commercial weighing and measuring devices. <br /> 2) Inventory reconciliation "exceeding a variation of 1.0 percent of the monthly metered sales <br /> plus 130 gallons must be investigated in accordance with this section." <br /> 3) The inventory will be reconciled monthly by the Operator, and: <br /> Should inventory reconciliation indicate a loss greater than specified, the investigative steps <br /> outlined in California Code of Regulations, Title 23 Waters, Subchapter 16 Underground Tank <br /> Regulations, Article 4, Section 2646(k), will be implemented. <br /> 4) Annually the Operator will submit the attached inventory certification form to the local agency. <br />
