L <br />Page 2 <br />1103 S Main Street, Manteca <br />5. <br />Complete and submit a copy of a Underground Storage Tank Certification of <br />Installation/Modification (Former Form C) to this office no later than 30 days <br />after work is completed. <br />6. <br />The technician must print out a copy of the alarm history prior to performing the <br />"cold start" of the Veeder Root system and have the copy available at the time of <br />EHD inspection. <br />7. <br />A line test must be performed upon completion of work, if concrete is broken, <br />prior to the contractor signing off of the jobsite. The test results must be <br />submitted to SJCEHD within 7 days of completing this project. <br />8. <br />All product installed must be certified by an independent testing organization and <br />labeled as required by the organization. (UL, ULC, ANSI, API, ASTM, etc. See <br />California Code of Regulations, Title 23, Chapter 16 Table B for complete list.). <br />Pursuant to the Underwriters Laboratories Inc (UL) listings, only those products <br />bearing the UL mark will be considered listed.
