MAIN STREET, <br />MANTECA, CA 95337 <br />This letter is in response to your request for reconsideration of the requirement to <br />perform ELD testing. We have reviewed your request and the supporting documents <br />you provided, and we have consulted with the local permitting agency and water <br />purveyor. <br />The reason for your request was that your underground storage tank (UST) system was <br />located greater than 1000 feet from a public drinking water well. The local permitting <br />agency has moved your underground storage tank (UST) to the correct location in our <br />Geotracker database. The water purveyor for the nearest public drinking water well has <br />provided information regarding the location of that well, and although your property is <br />within 1000 feet of.the well, it appears that the well is greater than 1000 feet from your <br />UST system, based on aerial photos.
