The only City well in the area is on Vanderbilt and is City <br />Well 13. The 391005-013 is the raw well water for well 13. The <br />391005-025 is the Well 13 treated water. So both numbers refer to same <br />well. We often have several numbers associated with a single well and <br />are used in water sampling. The address for Well 13 is 1147 Vanderbilt <br />Circle and the two numbers should refer to the same location. There is <br />no City well off of Mellon. <br />Sean Farrow from the Underground Storage Tank Regulatory Unit also <br />inquired about the location of 391005-013 and 391005-025 last August. <br />Attached is a map showing the location of Well 13 and the 1103 S. Main <br />address for underground storage tank. A 1000 ft radius has been drawn <br />around the well. Main Street, Manteca, CA. <br />The nearest wells shown in our database to the UST's at this location <br />are the two wells mentioned above. Our database shows that these wells <br />are over 1000 feet from the UST's. Please verify that this information <br />is correct. If these wells are less than 1000 feet from these UST's, <br />please verify this as well. <br />I have enclosed a snapshot of the location of these wells in our <br />database.
