The designated operator employee training for Kristina urga Suliman Mangal, Robin Perez <br /> (tested 1/17/11), Mary Rodriguez (tested 12/9/10 Mrem Bouckenooghe (hired 10/3/11) and <br /> Kristopher Klegu Moran (hired 9/2011) was.#o rt not performed. The designated operator shall <br /> train facility employees for which he or she is responsible in the proper operation and maintenance of <br /> the UST system once every 12 months. The training shall include, but is not limited to: <br /> 1. Operation of the UST system in a manner consistent with the facility's best management practices <br /> 2. Employee's role with regard to monitoring equipment as specified in the facility's monitoring plan <br /> 3. Employee's role with regard to spills and overfills as specified in the facility's response plan <br /> 4.
