Main St. Manteca <br /> . <br /> I am sending you the permit application, check and other documents relating to the <br /> emergency ECPU2 and NVMEM Board replacement with cold start at the above listed <br /> site. <br /> On 1/21/10, the customer called and alerted us that the CPU Board crashed (per <br /> Tanknology). We replaced the ECPU2 and NVMEM Board which required cold starting <br /> the system. The system was properly and successfully tested by Tanknology. <br /> Please send a copy of the permit to the address below. Thanks for helping us resolve the <br /> situation in a timely manner.
