A 2010 operating permit has been located and will be retained on site. As per <br /> Tom Valtierra/Facilities Management <br /> 11. The annular space sensors on the north and south tanks were relocated in the <br /> proper position by technician on day of inspection. The liquid was removed from <br /> north tank annular space and disposed of properly (see waste manifest). We have <br /> taken action to stop water from entering by placing rubber matting over sump <br /> cover and annular sump lid to divert water away. <br /> 13. Replaced bad sump sensor in north tank, no alarms were noted in log book <br /> because there were no alarms visual or audible on the control panel. The new <br /> sensor was installed by a trained and certified contractor. ALL proper permits <br /> were obtained to perform the work described. <br /> 21. All the liquid has been removed from the sump and annular space on the <br /> north tank (see waste manifest). <br />
