Contact the local fire department and San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution for any <br />applicable permits. <br />2. At least one person who holds the International Code Council (ICC) UST Installer <br />certification must be onsite when work is performed. <br />3. A tank integrity test must be performed by a third party certified tank tester and <br />results received by this office within 7 days of completion of work. <br />4. Complete and submit a copy of a UST Installation Certificate of Compliance (Former <br />Form C) for each tank no later than 30 days after work is completed. <br />5.
