C
The CFN ,Systern Offers Innovative
Modtrtar components allow you to custurn tailor
the CFN System. The CFN System is made up of
components that can be combined in many ways,
You can tailor the system for your particular appli-
cation, -.so you never pay for more dean you need. If
your needs grow, the CFN System can grow with
you, and you can be confident that your original
investittent will be preserved for years to come.
Create: your own custom commands. You can
create custom routines that combine several Site
Controller commands into a single command. This
allows complicated shift or other procedures to be
executed easily by entering only one command.
Employees have fewer commands to learn, and the
chance of errors is reduced.
Store messages or data in gtneral purpose files.
You can store manually collected data, such as
dipstick readings, in files on the Site Controller.
You can also create files for messages, inswictions,
or notes to or from employees-,
Automatic commands slmplify operation. You
can have any Site Controller commands executed
automatically at specified tines. You can use this to
automatically change prices for -,fay-riight pvicing, or
to have reports printed at certain times, for example.
Since these tasks are performed automatically, with
no intervention required, you don't need to worry
that an employee will forget or make an error.
Fuel allocation keeps track of prepaid accounts.
If you -issue your own cards, the CFN System. allows
you to prealtocat` fuel to your. customers. You can
have an allocation network under a Network Con-
troller or Site Controller It, or or you can set up
allocation at each site individually. Allocation units
can be dollars or gallons.
Fuel limits for every need. The CFN System pru-
vides severai types of fuel limits, which can be
configured independently.
Pump limits set the fill -up amount used for an
individual purip. The hourly limit sets the aencunt
that one card user can pump iia a specified tune
period.
If you issue your own cards, you can use limit
codes on the cards that restrict access to only certain
types of fuel and that limit the amount of fuel that
can be accessed in one transaction.
Limits can be in either doltars or gallons.
The floppy disk drive txpands your horizons.
The Site Controller 11 has a floppy disk drive that
write& in IBM PC format. This adds inany capabili-
ties to the system. For example, you cave write tran-
saction data to a floppy disk and then transfer th6
data to a billing or accounting program running iin
an IBM PC or compatible. And, data, or even the
entire system, can be backed up onto and re8tored
from the floppy disk.
The CFN Syste nn provides reports for?all your
needs. The CFefit System provides several types of
reports that allow you to accu.ately monitor' -ales;
tank levels, cash drawer amounts, pump, and•fuel`
data and other important information.
• The sales totals report protides a. summary cif
sales by department or type of product and type bf
transaction.
• The pump totals report prints current prices
anis dollar and gallon sales for each pump, or each
hose for an MPD.
• The cash drawer report prints cash in, `ash
out, and balance for the cash drawers fur current' and
previous shifts.
• The transaction report prints inforr[tationifor
each transaction. You can sort transactions: by
account number, product, or any oiher.Field; and can
specify the transactions to be printed.
