Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control <br /> District for any applicable permits and requirements. <br /> 2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHO for approval <br /> prior to commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br /> 3. Contact ThuyTran at /2O9\ 488-0257to arrange the following inspection appointments. <br /> (a 48-hou[D0timy is required for inspection appointments). Please be aware that <br /> inspections for emergency work must be scheduled within five days of permit approval. <br /> 8. Sensor functionality: Functionality of the monitoring system must be verified to <br /> ensure that monitoring has been naatonyd to meet the requirements of Title 23 <br /> California Code of Regulations and the Health Q^ Safety Code. <br /> 4. Qualified o8[ViCe technicians must possess or work under the direct and personal <br /> supervieiorlofanindividual physically present at the work site who possesses all ofthe <br /> following: <br /> o. One of several permissible valid, current contractor's licenses issued by the <br /> Contractors State License Board (0@y be issued tothe installation company), oro <br /> Tank Tester's license issued to the individual by the State VVmtar Board, and <br /> b. AVo\id, current California LIST Service Technician certificate issued by the <br /> International Code Council (ICC), and <br /> u.
