Please accept this letter as <br /> our return to compliance statement. Listed below is each violation followed by our response. <br /> #20 I was informed by our Facility Manager that the drums did have a properly labeled label <br /> at the time of the facility inspection, although we do not have an explanation for why it <br /> was missing, but the label now is properly identified. <br /> #27 Containers have been properly labeled and will be watched closely so that if the label <br /> losses it's color due to the weather he will be able to correct it. <br /> #28 Ramos Oil facility manager will follow up on the status of the manifests copies so that <br /> there on site for the 3 year requirement. <br /> #29 On site will be all manifests with the TSDF signatures. This correction will be corrected <br /> by early next week.
