Main Street <br /> Stockton, CA 95202-3029 <br /> Re: inspection on October 10, 2008 <br /> Dear Ms. Henry: <br /> In response to the corrective actions from the October 10, 2008 inspection at our 10842 S Harlan Rd, <br /> French Camp facility, for every violation noted I have included a response. Please accept this letter as <br /> our return to compliance statement. Listed below is each violation followed by our response. <br /> #5 Enclosed with this letter you will find a copy of our UST Monitoring & Respose plan to <br /> be submitted to SJEHD for approval. <br /> #7 A copy of our Repair and Maintenance Log, which was/is located in our Environmental <br /> Compliance Binder, has been enclosed with this letter. I also counseled our Manager of <br /> the UST/French Camp site that all Alarms must be documented regardless of what they <br /> are! Manager was unaware that he had to document every alarm that was printed. After <br /> confirming with Mr. Ng all future logging of these alarms will be documented. <br /> #23 1 spoke to our Designated Operator Mike Aiello and explained that all alarms must be <br /> documented in the Alarm Log & must have a corrective action logged in the Repair and <br /> Maintenance section <br /> #31 The inspection report states that the French Camp Facility located at 10842 So. Harlan <br /> Rd was notified by the SWRCB on June 20th 2007. The UST is owned by Steve Beneto <br /> and he is located at 4076 Seaport Bl. West Sacramento CA 95691. After speaking with <br /> Mr. Steve Beneto he is unaware of any letter being sent to him regarding the required <br /> ELD testing. I spoke to Mr. Ng with the SJEHD to confirm where this letter was sent <br /> and he confirmed that this letter was sent to the French Camp Facility. Mr. Beneto does <br /> not receive mail that would be delivered to this address. As to date this letter from <br /> SWRCB has not been received by Mr. Steve Beneto or Ramos Oil Company. <br /> I informed Mr. Beneto that he will have to call the State Water Resources Board at 916- <br /> 341-5866 to get a copy of the letter that was sent on June 20, 2007.
