Our information indicates that your UST system is located within 1-,,600feiet of a public drinking water W611(s)-. Part A of this letter discusses UST fdcility and well data related to GeoTradker. Part B explains the ELD requirements for UST systems within 1,000 feet of a public drinking water well. Part C explains the processfor, requesting reconsideration of this notification. PART A. UST,FACILITY AND WELL DATA RELATED TO GEOTRACKE1 Local permitting -agencies provided information on UST facilities within their jurisdictions to GeoTracker. This information is available on the GeoTracker website: http:ligeotracker.waterboards.ca.gov. Click on the Site/Facility Finder link under "Tools" and searchfor UST sites using the Address Search function. Find your facility by entering only the street number followed by an *(asterisk) in that field and then the .City name followed byan * in the City field as the address isshown above. Then select Search for UST Sites by clicking that button and click on Search Records. This should retrieve your uniqU ' e facility but you may also retrieveseveral other UST facilities, so just pick yours by clicking on REPORT and/or SHOW ON MAP at the end of your record. Enter more detailed search criteria, if you are unable to locate your UST facility. If you cannot retrievie'the map and report for your facility, please contact Terry Snyder by phone (916) 341-5385, or at tsnyderO-waterboards.ca.gov The Department of Health Services and local water districts provided information on public drinking water wells and their locations to GiDdTtack6r. Due to security concerns, well location information is no longer available to the public and cannot be accessed on the GeoTracker website. Enclosure 1 provides the Facility ID number for your LIST system, the name of the water purveyor(s) (owner of the public drinking water well), and the name and telephone number of the water purveyor(s) contact person, if available.
