Please accept this letter as <br />our return to compliance statement. Listed below is each violation followed by our response. <br />#20 I was informed by our Facility Manager that the drums did have a label at one time, <br />although we do not have an explanation for why it was missing. As written in your <br />report, a label was placed on the drum immediately. <br />#27, 30 Because this facility is unmanned, in the past we have generally kept most of the paper <br />work at our manned facility in Stockton. We will now be sure to keep copies of this <br />paperwork on-site. <br />Thank you for your help and consideration in this matter.
