Please accept this letter as <br />our return to compliance statement. Listed below is each violation followed by our response. <br />#4 A copy of our Certification of Financial Responsibility was forwarded to your office on <br />March 31, 2006. I have included a second copy with this letter for your records. <br />#6 Our UST Monitoring Plan is kept in the electrical room of our cardlock facility. I have <br />enclosed a copy for your records. <br />#23 All training documentation is located at our manned facilities. I have enclosed <br />documentation of our last training session with this letter. <br />#32 After discussing the Monitoring Certification with our third party tester, he informed <br />me that the line leak detector on the back-up turbine was permitted, replaced, and <br />passed the test on the day of the inspection. I have enclosed test results with this letter. <br />Thank you for your help and consideration in this matter.
