Contact the fire department and San Joaquin Air District for any applicable <br />permits. <br />2. Contact EHD for the following inspections at least 48 hours in advance: <br />a. Testing of new line leak detectors (3ga1 per hour at l Opsi). <br />3. Any changes shall be submitted to the Environmental Health Department for <br />approval prior to commencing work. All new addendum supercede the previous <br />ones. <br />4. At least one person who holds the International Code Council (ICC) "UST <br />Service Technician" certification and manufacturers' certificate of training for <br />all components installed or tested must be onsite at all times when work is <br />performed. <br />5. Each person installing or testing any component must hold a certificate of training <br />from the manufacturer of that component. <br />6.
