San Joaquin Street <br />Stockton, California 95201 <br />RE: Bencto Tank Lines - 10842 S. Harlan Lane, French Camp, CA <br />Our telephone conversation identified some areas needing clarification in regards to the fuel <br />system to be installed at the Bencto site in French Camp. <br />Please acmpt this correspondence and submittals as part of the plans we submittea <br />[3 WIN 9:3 <br />1. The Monitor system, INCON TS-1000EFI, will provide automatic shutdown of the <br />fuel system. <br />2. The dispenser drip pans (sumps) will have liquid sensors in them. <br />3. The 20,000 gallon diesel fuel tank will be vented through an extractor fitting with a <br />ball float overfill device. <br />4. The drop tube for the fuel tank will have an automatic shut-off overfill protection <br />device. <br />ADDED 5. THE SECONDARY PIPING FROM THE SATELLITES WILL TIE INTO <br />THE SECONDARY PIPING FROM THE MASTERS AND SLOPE TO SUMP. <br />4-13-95 <br />If them are any other clarifications needed, please contact me at 916-372-1985. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Joseph A.
