Contact the local fire department and San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District for applicable permits. <br />2. If concrete is broken near the tank or piping a licensed tank tester must perform a tank integrity test within 7 <br />days of backfilling. This office must receive results prior to scheduling the final inspection. <br />3. All metal equipment in contact with backfill must have corrosion protection. <br />4. Overfill prevention must satisfy CCR 2635(b)(2). <br />5. Contact Environmental Health Department (EHD) for the following inspections: <br />a. Verify corrosion protection <br />b. Verify overfill prevention <br />c. Final inspection <br />6. Any changes in information or scope of work must be submitted to EHD prior to commencing work. <br />7. This permit expires 90 days from issue. If an extension is need a written notification must be received prior to <br />the expiration date. <br />8.
