Wilson Way, Stockton <br />SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br />CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR -Notice to Comply) <br />This is a report of the routine and monitoring certification inspection of the referenced facility. One <br />violation was noted: <br />17. The 87 -octane line leak detector failed to detect a leak when tested. <br />-- All line leak detectors shall be capable of detecting a 3 -gallon per hour leak at 10 psi. <br />* The technician on site initially replaced the siphon jet valve and the check valve on the 91 -octane <br />turbine assembly, but the leak detector also failed to detect a leak. The leak detector was subsequently <br />replaced and retested during the inspection, which passed the 3gph leak test. (See also SR inspection <br />report dated 2/15/2011). Obtain a permit from the EHD for this work within one business day. If a <br />permit is not obtained within one business day, a "Failure to Obtain a Permit" penalty will apply. <br />ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE ($122). <br />THIS FACILITY IS OBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT ANY TIME AT END'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br />EHD I pest <br />Received By: <br />Title: <br />C <br />v <br />EHD 23-0 -00 ev 08/10/10 CONTINUATION FORM <br />
