UST Tank Information forms for the 87 grade and the 91 grade tanks are not current in CERS. For both tanks:the vent piping,vapor recovery piping, and riser piping all list the material to be steel. On site it was observed that the vent primary containment and the vapor recovery primary containment were fiberglass and that there was no secondary containment. Fiberglass was observed as the secondary containment material for the riser. Any change of information must be updated in CERS within 30 days of the changes. Immediately log into CERS, update the required information, and submit for review by the EHD. This was corrected on site. This is a repeat violation, Class II.
