This permit expires January 21,2010 but does not grant an extension to the <br /> ARB EVR upgrade deadline of April 1,2009. <br /> 5. All components must be certified by an independent testing organization and labeled as <br /> required by the organization. (UL,ULC,ANSI,API, ASTM,etc. See California Code of <br /> Regulations(CCR),Title 23 Chapter 16 Table B for complete list). The component must <br /> bear the appropriate mark as required by the independent testing organization. <br /> 6. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval <br /> prior to commencing work.
