Tracy Blvd <br /> Tracy CA 95376 <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has completed the review of <br /> the application for a permit to replace termination boots on product penetration lines in the <br /> diesel east and west STP sumps at the above noted address. The permit has been approved <br /> with.the.following-conditions:.- <br /> 1. Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control <br /> District for any applicable permits and requirements. <br /> 2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval <br /> prior to commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br /> 3. Contact Michelle Henry at(209) 468-3454 to arrange the following inspection <br /> appointments (a 48-hour notice is required for inspection appointments). Please be <br /> aware that inspections for emergency work must be scheduled within five days of permit <br /> approval. <br /> a. Secondary containment testing on product piping in both the Diesel east and west <br /> STP sumps <br /> 4. Secondary containment testing for the product piping in both the Diesel east and west <br /> STP sumps are required six months after installation. Provide 48 hours notification to <br /> the EHD when this test is scheduled. <br /> 5. Any individual performing the work of a service technician must meet the following <br /> qualifications: <br /> a. Possess or be employed by a person who possesses one of several permissible <br /> valid, current contractor's licenses issued by the Contractors State License Board <br /> (may be issued to the installation company), or a Tank Tester's license issued to the <br /> individual by the State Water Board, and <br />
