Hammer Lane, Stockton <br /> Your permit application to install new spill buckets and a drop tube at the above referenced <br /> location has been approved with the following conditions: <br /> 1. Contact EHD to schedule the following appointments: <br /> a. Prior to backfilling the new spill buckets, EHD must inspect the riser for <br /> cathodic protection. <br /> b. EHD must verify the overfill prevention system is in compliance with CCR 2635 <br /> (b)(2). Note: Your company may chose to have EHD onsite during the overfill <br /> prevention system installation so that portions of the system do not have to be <br /> disassembled/r eassembled. <br /> c. The spill buckets must be tested to ensure they hold a minimum of 5-gallons. <br /> 2. A tank integrity test must be performed once concrete is poured, prior to the contractor <br /> signing off of the jobsite. This office must receive results within 7 days of completing the <br /> work. <br /> 3. Contact the Fire Department and San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District for <br /> applicable permits. <br /> 4. Allow 48-hour advance notice for scheduling inspections with this office. <br /> 5.
