INVENTORY MEASUREMENT METHOD: X ELECTRONIC <br /> INVENTORY EQUIPMENT: Veeder-Root TLS-350 MAG 1 Probe Series 847390 <br /> The Chevron Operator at the facility will complete daily product inventory reconciliation. <br /> 1) Approved meters for tank inputs and withdrawals in accordance with CCR Title 4, Chapter 9, <br /> Subchapter 1 Tolerance and Specifications for Commercial weighing and measuring devices. <br /> 2) Inventory reconciliation "exceeding a variation of 1.0 percent of the monthly metered sales <br /> plus 130 gallons must be investigated in accordance with this section." <br /> 3) The inventory will be reconciled monthly by the Operator, and: <br /> Should inventory reconciliation indicate a loss greater than specified, the investigative steps <br /> outlined in California Code of Regulations, Title 23 Waters, Subchapter 16 Underground Tank <br /> Regulations, Article 4, Section 2646(k), will be implemented. <br /> 4) Annually the Operator will submit the attached inventory certification form to the local agency. <br /> TEST FREQUENCY <br /> All secondary containment systems (i.e. tank annular spaces, secondary piping, piping sumps, dispenser <br /> containment, etc.) installed after January 1, 2001 shall be tested upon installation, six(6) months after <br /> installation, and every 36 months thereafter per Title 23 CCR§2637(x). <br /> TEST METHODS AND PROCEDURES <br /> All secondary containment testing shall be performed by either a tank tester licensed by the State of <br /> California; or any person possessing a current Class A, C-10, C-34, C-36, or C-61 (D40) License issued <br /> by the Contractors State License Board (CSLB) per Title 23 CCR §2637(a)(3). <br /> All testing shall be performed every 3 years in accordance with the secondary containment system <br /> manufacturer's guidelines or standards. If there are no manufacturer's guidelines or standards, testing <br /> shall be performed using an applicable method specified in an industry code or engineering standard. If <br /> there are no engineering standards, a test method approved by a state-registered professional <br /> engineer shall be used per Title 23 CCR §2637(a)(2). <br /> 5 <br />
