McDowell Blvd.
Petaluma, CA 94954-1110
Re: Chevron UST Installation Plan for 3355 E. Hammer Lane, Stockton
I have reviewed the above-mentioned plan and found the following deficiencies:
1. You need to list a contractor before I can approve the plan.
2. The contractor needs to provide training certificates for installation of tanks
and piping.
3. The operator/owner needs to submit a Monitoring and Response Plan.
4. Please provide the UL listing for the "Microflex metal hose" as identified on
your cut sheet and explain where it will be used.
5. Do the sensors in the dispenser pans and the piping sump shut off the pump
automatically if they detect a leak?
6. Please provide a cut sheet for the OPW spill bucket.
7. Clarify that a line leak detector will be used, a cut sheet is provided for one
but the plans say "line pressure transducer". Also, the cut sheet provided
shows a Veeder-Root # 848480-001 but that particular leak detector is not
approved in LG 113-12 or on updates by SWRCB.
8. Bill of Materials indicates three tanks, drawings and "B" forms indicate two
tanks, please clarify how many tanks will be installed.
Please call me with any questions at (209) 468-3451.
1 Y
Kasey L.
