The permit application indicates that the new systems will use existing electrical conduit <br /> and concrete will not be broken around the tanks or product lines. The permit has been approved <br /> with the following conditions: <br /> Conditions of approval: <br /> 1. Contact the local fire department,local planning or building department and the San <br /> Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District for any applicable permits. <br /> 2. Any changes shall be submitted to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department(EHD)for approval prior to commencing work.All new addenda supercede <br /> the previous ones. <br /> 3. If the alarm history is cleared by a cold start,an alarm history printout must be <br /> created before the cold start and available for EHD inspection. <br /> 4.
