Hammer Lane - Stockton) <br /> Michelle, <br /> The following are responses to the outstanding corrective actions: <br /> UST Ins®ection: <br /> • #5 = approved UST Monitoring/Response Plan was approved and sent to me <br /> by you on 4/22/08. I faxed copy to site. <br /> • #31 = Chevron Testing Coordinator notified testing contractor (Tanknology) <br /> for ELD testing. Tanknology sub-contracted to CGRS, Inc. for proposal. <br /> Proposal received by Chevron on 4/24/08. Either Tanknology or CGRS will be <br /> submitting a "plan/program" to San Joaquin County EH Dept. in the near <br /> future in order to conduct required ELD testing. <br /> Haz-Waste Inspection: <br /> • #93 = enclosed are work service orders from both current and past lighting <br /> contractor that reflect lamps being replaced.
