IC Integrated Circuit;refers to circuits,such as microprocessors,which are etched on single crys- tals,ceramics or other semiconductor layers and hermetically sealed. inventory How much product you have remaining. interstitial Relates to the interstice,a space or gap between the walls of a double-wall tank.Also referred to as annulus. s intrinsically safe A circuit in which any spark or thermal effect is incapable of causing ignition of combustible material.
