I sent Johnson Petroleum out there and it was
discovered the interstitial sensor had been installed upside down by the tank testers from
testing on 9-11-14, there was no liquid discovered in the interstitial space. We can not
explain how it took a month for the alarm to occur after the tank test. An identical
incident happened in our Sacramento office and it took a week for the alarm to occur.
Steve Schamaun
Teichert Mobile Equipment
8833 Kiefer Blvd
Sacramento, CA 95826
From: Mike Fouts
Sent: Monday, October 13, 2014 3:52 PM
To: Steve Schamaun
Subject: RE: VEEDER ROOT
10-4
thanks
From: Steve Schamaun
Sent: Monday, October 13, 2014 2:01 PM
To: Mike Fouts; Rachel Silva; Katie Dahl (katie.d@waltonengineering.com)
Cc: Scott Johnson
Subject: RE: VEEDER ROOT
Johnson Petroleum fixed it.
