REHS <br />Linda Turkatte, REHS <br />San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) performed a routine underground storage tank <br />inspection on August 17, 2011, at the above referenced site. <br />An inspection report was issued identifying information to be submitted to bring this site into compliance. This <br />information was required to be submitted by September 17, 2011. This information has not been received resulting <br />in a non-compliant status for this facility. <br />Failure to correct the violations will result in continuing/additional violations. <br />Note: All EHD staff time associated with failing to comply, including the issuance of this letter, is billed at the <br />current hourly rate ($125).
