Yosemite,Manteca <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services Environmental Health Division (EHD) has <br /> performed a preliminary review of your submittal for application to install <br /> underground storage tanks at the above referenced site. <br /> Please submit the following documentation prior to issuance of a permit: <br /> 1) The Preliminary Hazardous Materials Management & UST Monitoring Plan <br /> indicate that the sump and dispenser pan probes will be Veeder-Root Liquid <br /> Sensor Series 794390-208. These are not approved sensors. Please change <br /> the plan to reflect approved sensors to be installed. <br /> 2) Please provide an engineer's wet stamp on the bouyancy calculations for this <br /> installation. <br /> 3) The plans do not show line leak detectors. Please submit an addendum to the <br /> plans indicating that line leak detectors will be used for each turbine pump. <br /> 4) Please submit the required information on page 4 of the permit application <br /> for the contractor that will do the tank installation.
