I have enclosed the <br />inspection reports for the underground storage tanks and hazardous waste. I <br />have also enclosed a list of monitoring certification testers and secondary <br />containment testers. <br />Additionally, I have enclosed a packet of information regarding financial <br />responsibility. It describes what insurance is necessary and explains how to fill <br />out the required forms. <br />Mr. Seth has called me to let me know that he has scheduled the monitoring <br />certification and is trying to schedule the secondary containment testing before <br />the December 31, 2002 deadline. He also stated that he is filling out the financial <br />responsibility forms. He was unclear as to who was responsible for the financial <br />responsibility.
