(GSH) Geosyntec is planning to install three groundwater <br /> extraction wells (EW-18A, EW-186, and EW-19) at 16777 Howland Road (APN#19818008). The <br /> selected driller, Gregg Drilling, is a C-57 certified environmental driller. Please find the enclosed well <br /> permit application package. Included in this application package are the following: <br /> • Attachment 1 - Well Permit Application for 16777 Howland Road; <br /> • Attachment 2 - Extraction Well Installation Work Plan; <br /> • Attachment 3 - Well installation location; <br /> • Attachment 4—Well construction detail table; <br /> • Attachment 5—Well construction diagram; <br /> • Attachment 6—Gregg Drilling C-57 license and COI; and <br /> • Payment check in the amount of $912.00 ($456 for the CVRWQCB Oversight Work Plan <br /> Review fee, $456 for 3 extraction wells at 16777 Howland Road). <br /> This work is scheduled to start on approximately January 7, 2019 and should be completed in <br /> approximately four weeks. The well will be installed per the Department of Water Resources Well <br /> Bulletin 74-81 and 74-90.
