While we await your
final approval letter,we would like to request an email of Conditional Approval with your suggested
changes below. That way we can start the permitting process. Based on our most recent experience,
the County is taking about 4 weeks or more to process well permits which puts as at the cusp of the
drillers schedule for November 12th. If we miss the window, drillers are booked until early January.
Therefore, we would highly appreciate an email approval from you in advance of official approval to
begin the permit process.
Thank you,
Srini
Srinivasa Varadhan, Ph.D., P.E. Seems like no general order is needed
for injecting oxygen enriched air. However, if you were injecting ozone, then a permit would be
needed.
I am going to start drafting the approval letter. I hope to wrap it up in a week or so.
