Once the EPA <br /> I #was is ued, a hazardous waste coil etion agency( Safety-Kleen )was conta ted, in the meantime a <br /> container for canisters and dried felts was assigned. However the due to the CON ID-19 we were forced to <br /> shutdown o ir doors until the above date Safety-Kleen or another waste collectio i agency will be <br /> contacted. <br /> 1 4.- Emergency Coordinator has been in place since my insertion as Director oMaintenance via a <br /> N/leetingwilh the staff and ( and a letter, see attached )all staff members have m1�ntactcd <br /> number and are aware I <br /> r ust be informed of any issue, staff is ll aware of all of the fire extinguishersnd their locations. <br /> 10.- Recor s are being kept now, a H ardous waste collection agency will be and additional <br /> Vc cord keep ng will available if applicab c. <br /> 1 3.- Hazar lous waste collection agenc3 has been contacted and records will be ivailable. <br /> 1 5.- Lead Icid batteries do come with a bill of landing in the form of an invoice/shipping label and <br /> entered into a binder for tracking. The u ed batteries have been disposed properl by delivering to a <br /> rc cycling cc iter. <br /> 303.- Secon lary containment container has been cleaned out and personnel rnade aware,fire <br /> extinguishei s are up to date and work Ing <br /> . <br /> 403.- All b okets are labcled and lids installed, area reorganized <br /> 505.- Used it container in second hangar is marked with the proper wording" H izardous Waste" <br /> ( container was empty of used oil at time of inspection). <br /> 60 1.- EPA# ( see 41 violation ) is available up on request, I have contacted safe kleen and evergreen <br /> waste recyc ing before the COVID-19 sl elter at home mandate by Our Governor <br /> 605.- Ail ca itainers have been labeled ai d lids installed. <br />
