This Addendum proposes the installation of a second monitoring well at <br /> Location 11 screened from 65 to 75 feet below ground surface based on the grab-groundwater sample results. Due to <br /> the shallow depth of the second well we are proposing this additional monitoring well be installed with the hollow stem <br /> auger drilling method. Similar to the other work plan addendums, if you could provide us with an expedited approval for <br /> use in the permitting process with San Joaquin County we would appreciate it. <br /> 1 <br />
