This list of conditions is not intended to be all-inclusive or a comprehensive listing to all City or <br /> District regulations. Please note that additional comments andlor conditions may be addedpending the responses <br /> to the comments noted below and/or changes to the proposed project. <br /> General Conditions: <br /> 1. Fire apparatus access roads shall be designed and maintained to support the imposed loads of fire apparatus <br /> and shall be surfaced so as to provide all-weather driving capabilities. Emergency access roads shall have an <br /> unobstructed width of not less than 20 feet(6096 mm), exclusive of shoulders,except for approved security <br /> gates in accordance with Section 503.6, and an unobstructed vertical clearance of not less than 13 feet 6 <br /> inches(4115 mm). <br /> 2. Road closure shall be staffed while control is in place. <br /> 3. Emergency Vehicles shall have the right-of-way while in response to a call(Code 3). <br /> 4. A notification by email with Encroachment Permit#and Location is required 48 hours prior to the start of <br /> lane closure to the following:jelliott@lmfire.org, gneely@lmfire.org, lmadoski@lmfire.org. <br />
