TADDEI RD. <br /> ACAMPO 95220 <br /> The San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division <br /> has recently been included in the State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) <br /> UST Pilot Program for oversight of assessment and clean up activities at <br /> contaminated underground tank sites. <br /> A proposal for continued remediation for the above referenced site has been <br /> reviewed by this office. <br /> In order to expedite the continued field investigative activities and to issue <br /> local permits, the following information should be submitted as an addendum to <br /> the proposal: <br /> 1. Estimates of quantity and compositions of the liquid leaked <br /> (including basis of estimate) . <br /> 2. A proposed program, including methodology, to define the extent of <br /> soil and groundwater contamination, i.e. : <br /> a. Lithology and cross sections based on boreholes, <br /> trenches, and other supporting information, and <br /> b. Sampling plan illustrating locations where soil verification <br /> samples in excavated tank pit will be collected. <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
