Baker : <br /> I am responding to the Small Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator Inspection Report <br /> dated January 7, 2020 , for our facility located at 3210 N Wilson Way, Stockton, CA 95205 . <br /> With respect to Item 102 , please see the attached TCLP analysis for the paint booth <br /> filters ( Exhibit 1 ) . <br /> With respect to Item 110 , please see the designated facility signed copies of the 8 <br /> Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifests ( Exhibits 2 - 9 ) . <br /> With respect to Item 111 , an exception notification was not completed because the <br /> designated facility had provided the proper documents through our electronic portal . We <br /> have re -trained the staff responsible for our compliance record keeping on how to access <br /> this moving forward . <br /> With respect to Item 120, please see the attached written response for the inspection <br /> dated May 27, 2016 (Exhibit 10) . <br /> With respect to Item 605 , this was corrected during the inspection . <br /> In addition to the above referenced exhibits, I am also enclosing the fully executed <br /> Return to Compliance Certification .
