As a preliminary matter, I apologize that we did not respond in a timely manner to the Notice <br /> of Violation . Our failure to respond promptly was due to a change in management in the region and <br /> while this is no excuse, I want to assure you that we did not intentionally ignore the Inspection <br /> Report. <br /> With respect to Item 102 , please see the attached TCLP analysis for the paint booth filters <br /> (Exhibit 1 ) . <br /> With respect to Item 103 , please see the current attached contingency plan (Exhibit 11) . The <br /> exact date of this correction is unknown because the General Manager has changed since the <br /> original inspection .
