However,you did not submit the uniform hazardous waste manifest 001843574PSC for <br /> the hazardous waste pick-up on 4/24/2018.The record you submitted is a bill of lading. The correct document will say <br /> "Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifest" near the top left hand corner, and will have the manifest number near the top <br /> right hand corner.
