(contractor) perform the environmental consulting, site investigation work described in the <br /> Proposal dated November 1, 1994 and Work Pian dated October 31, 1994(Enclosure 1&2 <br /> respectively)at the fixed and unit rates provided in Attachment A to the proposal. <br /> Client agrees to compensate contractor to provide environmental remediation services to conduct <br /> environmental assessment, permitting of remedial services,soil dispel,engineering,and any <br /> other general contracting or professional services related to investigation and/or remedial <br /> requirements established by appropriate environmental regulatory agencies. <br /> Client agrees to the Proposal,Worts Plan,and the Terms and Conditions set forth in Attachment B, <br /> attached hereto and incorporated by reference as though fully set forth herein.
