RAMAGE
ENVIRONMENTAL Sacramento Office
14670 Cantova Way. Suite 200
Rancho Murieta, CA 95683
Tel (916) 354-3250
October 20, 1997 Fax (916) 354-3251
Ms. Bobbie Meiring
28025 Traina Court
Tracy, CA 95376
Re: Request to Access Property to Drill Soil Boring
1011 North Mac Arthur Drive, Tracy, California
E Ramage Environmental has been retained by the County of San Joaquin to investigate sail
and groundwater conditions in the vicinity of three former underground storage tanks at the
Agricultural Commissioner's Office at 503 East Tenth Street in Tracy.
As we discussed a couple of months ago, Ramage Environmental would like to gain access to
drill one soil boring on your above-referenced property. A map showing the approximate
location of the soil boring is enclosed. As earlier discussed with you and with your tenant
Mr. Mike Harmon, we would like to access the open paved area approximately 20 feet east of
the property line. The soil boring will be two inches in diameter. The resulting bare hole
will be filled to the surface with a cement slurry. The surface pavement will be restored with
a small (approximately two inch diameter) asphalt patch. Our work can be done at any time
during the day and will require only two hours to complete. No mess or waste will be
generated or left behind.
The County of San Joaquin Environmental Health Division will be overseeing the project.
For their records, they have requested that Ramage Environmental prepare this written
request to gain access to your property. If this request meets with your approval, please sign
in the space provided below and return a copy using the self-addressed stamped envelope.
Thank you for your consideration and prompt reply. If you have questions or need any
additional information, please caill me at (916) 354-3250.
Sincerely,
RAMAGE ENVIRONMENTAL
,S 0,,<\%i o.,C coy-" hadc,1• c19,oC an. c1L Zo
_
be- bon e- 10 4 cow
w-\NV" ou'c Za-d.r'1i'S akk 51
Joseph Ramage, R.G. be.
