One application is for the <br /> proposed on-site well and the other application is for the two proposed wells in the Hamilton Alley. <br /> An encroachment permit application to access Hamilton Alley has been sent to the city of Tracy. <br /> Once approved by the city of Tracy,a copy of the encroachment permit will be faxed to you. <br /> Enclosed, please find two application forms signed and dated by Ms.Jody Vickery of V&W Drilling. <br /> Also enclosed is a check for$178.00 to cover the permit application fees. <br /> Thank you for processing these permit applications and for your overall assistance on this project. <br /> The drilling and well installations are currently scheduled for Thursday October 22, 1998.
