Craig <br /> Ogata indicated that the County contracted with Fisch Environmental to prepare a compliance work <br /> pian and strategic plan for budget preparation. <br /> The representative from IT indicated that work plans would be prepared in sufficient detail to obtain <br /> bids for the County's evaluation. PHS/EHD requested that the draft work pians be submitted by June <br /> 30, 1995 for PHS/EHD's evaluation of the proposed scope of work.
