Interview in-person or by telephone the assigned PHS-EHD staff; <br /> Based on the data collected during these tasks, the Regulatory Compliance.Plan will include the following <br /> information for each site: <br /> • History of environmental corrective action at each site; <br /> • Summary of site characteristics relevant to performing corrective action work (i.e., soiI <br /> type, depth-to-groundwater, groundwater gradient. concentrations of contaminants in soil <br /> and groundwater, etc.) <br /> • Site map showing location of USTs and existing and/or required soil and/or groundwater <br /> sample locations (Photographs will be included if relevant). <br /> • Statement of the current site conditions causing out-of-compliance status; <br /> • Scope of work required'to achieve regulatory compliance; <br /> • Estimated cost to implement scope of work; <br /> • Duration of tasks required to implement scope of work. <br /> This information for each of the sites will be separated by tabs and bound into a one volume Regulatory <br /> Compliance Plan for presentation to the County. <br /> r <br /> To assist the County in its strategy to ,fund and perform the compliance work, a long-range funding <br /> strategy will be recommended. This strategic plan will consider: <br /> • Priorities of the PHS-EHD; <br /> • UST codes and regulations; <br /> • Access to and applicability of UST Reimbursement Fund; <br /> + Available County funding and <br /> • Other strategic and funding considerations. <br />
