Allen Wood, Facility Manager,was not sure if the items were a waste. -Peter Vacco,Technician,throws away used oily absorbent into the trash. -The facility generates bead blasting waste. According to Mr.Vacco, approximately nine months ago, two full pallets each containing four full 55 gallon drums were transported to Stockton Tri Industries located at 2141 E Anderson St, Stockton, CA 95205,for disposal. Stockton Tri Industries was changing owners and waste was being hauled away. The waste from California Welding Supply Co was combined with the waste from Stockton Tri Industries. No disposal records were available for review during the inspection. -One 5 gallon bucket(full)labeled "Shell Tellus, S2 MX 68"was on the ground in the hazardous waste storage area. Mr.Vacco was not sure if the contents were a waste. 1
