Regarding the hazardous wasted determination, Clean Harbors in Sacramento took a
sample of the white substance in April. After several telephone calls, today I finally spoke with a manager who located
the sample in their lab. The manager stated we would have the results in a few days.
Universal waste on site too long—I assume you are referring to the florescent lamps which were placed in the proper
container and labeled. As you require proof of disposal please see attached waste inventory list submitted to CESQC.
They will give LPS an appointment to bring in the container for disposal, then provide a receipt of disposal which I will
for to you.
Thank you,
Denyse Arnerich
LPS Water Co
denyse@lpswaterco.com
209-339-1602
From:Alaniz,John <jalanizl@sjgov.org>
Sent:Thursday,June 18, 2020 10:38 AM
To: Denyse Arnerich <denyse@lpswaterco.com>
Subject: RE: HW Report EHD
Hi Denyse,
I reviewed the return to compliance.
The following violations are still open:
-Failed to make a hazardous waste determination.
-Universal waste on site too long.
Thank You,
John Alaniz
REHS
San Joaquin County
Environmental Health Department
1868 E Hazelton Avenue
Stockton, California 95205
Phone: (209)468-3147
1
